The Cause
It’s about making a change and actually making a difference. When I was starting out I found it difficult to find the right help and understand what was working and what wasn’t. When you do something for money, you quit. When you do it for love, you do it forever.
We have all worked for companies and businesses we disliked in our past. Why did we do that? Was it for the money? The experience? Just imagine your staff might also be going through that.
I don't believe in just making money for the businesses I work with, it's about bringing real change and creating a culture that will make a difference in somebody's life. A business to be proud of, whether it be employees, partners, or customers.
